Connections


Add Connection

Go to the Settings page, click Add New Connection, and then select the platform you'd like to connect.

 

HubSpot

Connect to your HubSpot account, select the target workspace, and click Choose Account.

 

Click on Connect app.

You should now see the new connection listed on the Settings page. You can add multiple connections or delete existing ones.

Portal Widget

To verify that Portal is installed correctly, open a contact, company, deal, or ticket record and check for the default Portal widget.

If you can’t see the app or want to change its location, refer to HubSpot's article on record customization.
